Application Instructions

1. Use a blower to remove all loose debris and standing water from the pot hole.
2. If the pot hole is wet, dry with a torch prior to filling.
3. The NLPE 500 Pothole Fill machine automatically mixes and dispenses the correct combination of dry bulk aggregate, liquid, and activator in prescribed ratios to create the long-life pothole repair.
4. DOT–POTHOLE FILLER^® is basically self-leveling, but can be troweled lightly with a shovel, trowel or level to fill in all cavities in the existing road surface. Rounded or curved edges can be formed after approximately 15 minutes.
5. For best results, spread dry aggregate across filled pot hole with shovel. With the repair completed, allow 30 minutes set time before opening to traffic.
